1. We went away for a week to rest and relax. It was a great time and enjoyed by all. We got to stop by Meg's old yo-chien and play with the kids and visit with the moms. It was great to see the excitement of Meg's friends so glad to see her and Titus. We also go to visit with old friends the Hatfields and it was so good for our spirits. The kids got to run around and play outside, roast marshmallows and build puzzles and the adults got some great time to visit.

2. Titus turned 5- wow he is SO big. We had a party and invited all of the kids from the International Kindergarten and it was so much fun. He had a great time celebrating with his friends and really enjoyed having them all there for his special day. He is enjoying school so much and every morning asks if it is his school day, and often says "mom, I need another day of school, I like it so much". We are SO thankful to finally have boys his age for him to play with, instead of him playing with Meg's friends.
3. Alee is now 6 months- time sure does go by fast. She is such a JOY to have. She is enjoying real food so much now and has 4 teeth. she eats all meals with us and is just the most relaxed little thing you have ever seen. All the Japanese call her "smiley" because she ALWAYS has this great big smile on her face. We love our little happy girl- she brings so much joy to all of us!

Rebecca, I just wanted to leave you a message and tell you that your are on my heart daily. I am praying for you as you walk htorugh this holiday season, as you come to the anniversary of your father's death. I am praying so much for you healing, deep inside. Please know that you are loved and cared for back home. I am so glad to see how much JOY Alee is bringing you. The Lord has a funny way of using our children to do that. He has done that for me with Scott.
