Meg the Paleontologist

Today at Meg's school they were doing a career day. All week long they have been talking about careers and had special events, but today she was supposed to dress up as what she wanted to be when she grew up. She kept telling us all week she wanted to be a scientist who studies dinosaurs (she would make her uncle Ben proud). Thankfully we have a great friend who has all boys who was able to come up with this great outfit for Meg and even put it together for me (thank you Jenise!!). I certainly did not have the energy this week to think up what a paleontologist would wear, and certainly not to put it together.

She was very proud to wear her outfit as she headed off to school this morning. Eager to show her friends the outfit and her tools and how she has to use them to work on dinosaurs. She is still our "girly girl" though- last night she declared that she forgot about being a cheerleader and really wanted to be that when she grew up. Sorry Aunt Torrie- at least she wanted a "real" career for a couple of days!
